Our Privacy Policy
Gleeson and Partners is committed to the appropriate treatment of the personal information we collect. Our Privacy Policy is in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We collect various personal information in the course of providing our professional services, managing business relationships or when establishing any conflicts of interest or independence for our audit assignments.
The types of such information we collect is, for example, client's names, contact details, dates of birth, taxation identification numbers and also information of client's spouses and dependants. We collect this information directly from our clients via face to face interaction, phone, mail or email communication channels.
We do not disclose any personal information to third parties without formal and informed consent of our client unless we are legally required to do so to ensure public safety and law enforcement.
Currently we do not store, process or back up any personal information on servers that are located overseas (including through third party service providers). We have placed reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all personal information provided to us from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
